EPISODE 6 | Ivy Dai | Graze Antibes

Ivy Dai is what you might call a "reluctant restaurateur." She started out as a journalist with a mild food obsession, then followed her passion for cooking and baking from Los Angeles to Paris, where she attended the Cordon Bleu, worked as a pastry chef, helped open restaurants, and struggled--as so many American expats do--with the quirks and idiosyncrasies of life in France. But throughout her journey, she never thought she'd be where she is now: In the south of France, running her very own vegan restaurant.

In this episode, Ivy shares her fascinating and inspiring journey from the US to the Cote d'Azur, and shatters some of the myths about the "glamorous" life of an expat in France.
