Baltimore Native Elena Johnson is about to embark on an adventure that many foodies dream about: Opening her own restaurant! L’eau de Vie Organic Brasserie is poised to become a destination dining spot in Maryland’s largest metropolis, with its full bar (a rarity among vegan restaurants in this neck of the woods!) and a diverse menu featuring locally grown seasonal produce. We are really looking forward to making the trip to Baltimore to experience this exciting new restaurant!
