Cancellation and Refund policy for Tours and Retreats:

• You may cancel up to three months in advance of a Tour or Retreat, with a $500 processing fee. With less than 90 days’ notice, we will only be able to accept cancellations and issue refunds if we are able to fill your spot, in which case a $600 cancellation fee will be applied.

 

• All Experiences, Excursions, Retreats, and Tours are held rain or shine. Trips require a minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation. We reserve the right to cancel a scheduled event before it has started for any reason, in which case customers will receive a full refund. Once an Event has commenced, no refunds or credits will be issued.

 

• It is compulsory and the responsibility of all Vegan Epicure Travel guests to obtain their own travel insurance that safeguards against personal injury, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability. Neither Vegan Epicure Travel nor its agents are liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings (including luggage, passports, etc.).
