Learn to cook vegan food centered on local seasonal vegetables and fruits. Hands-on classes for small groups (5-student maximum)  in a home kitchen in the Loire Valley. Each student will leave with new skills, a new appreciation for plant-based food, and a full stomach! Each class is followed by a sit-down meal with an optional glass of local wine.

Classes are held on Fridays (market day in our adorable village) throughout May and June. Additional classes are added to the calendar throughout the season. 

What to expect

You'll be met in town on market day, where we'll shop together for produce and meet some of the vendors who grow the food you'll be preparing and eating. Next, we'll take a 10-minute walk to your hosts' home, where we'll don aprons and get to work preparing a fabulous meal.
