Usually, this time of the week we're letting everyone know about our latest #podcast guest and encouraging everyone to have a listen, but until the end of October, the Vegan Epicure Travel Podcast is on vacation! We haven't yet mastered the art of podcasting remotely (current destination: #Ischia, #Italy), so we're substituting a little old-fashioned blogging for podcasting in the weeks to come.
